About us

CBRC is an interdisciplinary research project that combines computational social sciences with corporate finance to understand and model the dynamics of diversity on corporate boards. The aim is to identify the mechanisms that influence the level of diversity, as well as their impact on corporate governance by boards.

We are studying corporate boards in the EU and Japan.
